Their Singapore branch office consists of 20 employees and is responsible for Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore markets. The company is structured with a director and three department heads, they are in charge of the finance, product design and sales respectively. Employees and clients are the main stakeholder.

The main responsibilities of the Singapore branch office is to find clients in Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore, and product designs according to clients' requirements. At the same time controlling cost to maximize the profit. These need close communication and teamwork not only in the department alone but throughout the company.

As the branch office in Singapore, the top management of the company including the director and the three department heads are sent from Indonesia headquarter, they are the family members of the founder of Abc company. The company's vision is to provide quality healthcare products to meet the client's needs. The director and the department heads are responsible as the leaders and decision-makers as they are all from Indonesia and are family members. The company did not organize well due to the rigid management systems and favoring a person regarding their relationships rather than proper management and teamwork. The staff is defined with the job position based on their experiences and educational background. All employees are expected to work together as a team, and their responsibilities will be equal.
