Your hiring process will detail aspects of recruiting, interviewing, and the training process involved when hiring a new healthcare employee. You can answer each aspect with factual details or write it as a fictional employer going through the hiring process. You will then describe a potential workplace complication at the family practice office and describe possible remedies. Ensure that your response to all sections is specific to hiring practices within healthcare.
