Prepare and describe the Context diagram for the information system chosen. (20 marks) The context diagram is expected to have:

Relevant system name (6 marks)

Add at least 4 External Entities (1x4 = 4 marks)

Input and output data flows (4 marks)

3. Prepare the Level 0 DFD (Data Flow Diagram) for the proposed system and in consistency with the Context Diagram prepared in Task B.2 (40 marks) The Level 0 DFD is expected to have:

Relevant processes (at least 4 processes) (4x4=16 Marks)

All External entities (8 Marks) Relevant Data stores (minimum 2 data stores) (2x2 =4 Marks)

Relevant input & output data flows (8 Marks)

Consistency with context diagram (4 marks)

4. For the proposed system, design input and output forms align with the processes and data flow diagrams' data requirements. Provide a briefing on the objectives of each form and how it accommodates the system objectives.
