"Brio Technology is a business intelligence software company consisting of about six hundred and fifty employees in the US and abroad. Brio recently completed a community-style, strategic planning event. This article discusses the whole system approach to strategic planning, used in the Brio event, which has been part of the Brio transformation experience. The plan for this event is outlined in order to illustrate the robust processes used to bring about system-wide results"
