You will have to print 3 Tables to cover all (10) provinces, once you find the right table, on the left-hand side menu, you can see the list of provinces. This is monthly data likely from December 2020 to December 2021 (depending upon the time when you are finding the data, it might be from January 2021 to January 2022) b) What were the final values of unemployment rate, employment rate, and participation rate for each province in December 2021?
