Organisation needs to follow several important steps in order to acquire the right number and type of resources. These steps have to be followed with great care so that it can say it has got the right type and number of resources. These steps are: (1) forecasting, (2) estimating the net supply and demand, (3) reconciliation and adjustment, (4) HR programming and implementation, and (5) Control and evaluation. Describe with examples how they are carried by organisations? (while describing you should include factors as Internal and External factors, the HRP is for a new or an existing organisation, sources of supply and demand, how you reconcile various steps, different planning and the outcomes).
