According to opencv in java, In BackgroundSubtractorMOG2, method apply which is .apply(Mat image, Mat fgmask, double learning rate). What each parameters represent to and I have to add background image and new frame reading? because I dont understand,how the method know which is background and what is different occur in image. If you have sample code about it pls show me.thank you
