KingRaja Sdn. Bhd is an authorized vendor that sells military supplies to the Ministry of Defence for local government. The company procures the raw materials from both local and foreign suppliers. It supplies various items including military clothing and footwear, tactical and law enforcement gadgets and outdoor hardware. The procedures below portray the procurement procedure of KingRaja Sdn. Bhd. Friedrich is the purchasing department supervisor of King Raja Sdn. Bhd, will prepare the purchase requisitions if there is any inquiry from the production department. The purchase requisition will only be prepared after he reviews the level of raw material inventory from the inventory database. Friedrich will pass the purchase requisition to Louis, the purchasing agent. Louis will prepare the purchase order in three copies. One copy will be filed in the purchasing file, one and the rest to be sent directly to the supplier and receiving department. The company keeps a special list of military potential suppliers that include information of contact details and products they supply. In case the primary supplier is not able to supply the needed items, Louis can always choose the alternative suppliers from this special list. Louis later will post to the purchases journal based on the information in the purchase order. The purchasing department clerk, Roy will prepare a journal voucher from the purchase journal and send it to Friedrich for approval. Once it has been approved, Roy will send it to the general ledger department for posting. He then updates the Journal Voucher file. Illustrate Data Flow Diagram (DFD) for the above scenario
