Ace Acumen is an educational institution that is seeking to expand across Ontario. The school plans to open another campus at St. Catherines. Currently the Board is considering buying another small college at St. Catherines. The cost of acquiring the cost $500,000 and it will cost Ace Acumen $475,000 dollars to start a campus at St. Catherines. Acquiring the small college comes with having access to their 500student population and 50 experienced Professors. As a supply department of St. Clair, make a presentation to the board on whether to acquire the small college or use the schools resources to build a new one at St. Catherines.
