Action Research Plan

Please submit the following:

• Action Plan Template (submitted before spring break)
• List of survey questions
• Graph showing survey responses (for example 7 out of 10 teachers prefer teaching online)
• Summary about survey results and what conclusions or recommendations you can draw from them , double spaced ).

Note:Most schools have Emergency Management or Crisis Management Plans, but no schools were prepared for full closure due to a pandemic. In your summary, think about what has happened at your school, how everyone reacted, the lessons that have been learned, and what you would do as a leader going forward in planning for future school closures.
