Objective

To provide you with an opportunity to give an example of how to establish and maintain open communication processes with all stakeholders.

1. What is the overall purpose of an open communication process in a work environment? (Class discussion - This will be further instructed by the trainer)

2. In the course of your employment, you will manage communications with a variety of different stakeholders. These communications will be a combination of formal and informal conversations. Provide an example of a stakeholder for both formal and informal communications and contrast the pair of scenarios.
