Activity 5: Establish an environment that encourages the application of critical and creative thinking

This activity requires you to establish an environment that encourages the application of critical and creative thinking. To do so, you are required to develop two (2) learning systems/processes.

The learning systems/processes must be based on the following:

• Analysis of the organisation's objectives and existing processes/systems (given in the scenario)
• Analysis of resources and barriers to critical thinking method
• Research and analysis of information about learning systems

The learning system/processes must include the following information:

• Objectives of the learning system
• Procedures to maximise individual and team access to learning opportunities
• Gaps/barriers to critical thinking
• Two (2) learning systems used in other organisations and contexts
• Tasks and opportunities for team members to apply critical thinking skills (including analysis, synthesis, and evaluation) to workplace problems. Document:
