Briefly describe the job you selected. 2. From the various types of selection methods discussed in this module, choose one selection method, other than a cognitive ability test or situational judgment test, that you believe would be useful for hiring people for this job. Clearly state your chosen method, using terminology from the course materials, and explain why you believe this method would be more effective at predicting job performance compared to other methods. 3. Identify one construct that you would aim to measure using the test you selected in the previous question. Describe how you would assess this construct using the chosen method. For example, if you opted for a structured interview, provide an example question. Or, if you selected a work sample, describe an activity applicants would be required to complete. 4. Discuss two strategies you would implement to minimize the risk of disparate impact for the test you selected above.
