Post a story or experience when communication in Canada was embarrassing or awkward. Some of the factors that may have contributed to the difficulty may include, but are not limited to:

Not knowing the rules

Not understanding the bureaucracy

Language barriers

Cultural misunderstandings related to power distance and individualism

Relational misunderstanding
