Ad. Prowling writes, publishes, and markets a fascinating book about a very talented and endearing little lizard. Emma buys a copy of this WOO-page book from her local bookstore for $20. After reading the first 68 chapters. Emma decides to take a break and goes to hang out with her friend Rupert. They get to talking about the book; Emma decides she can't nish it so she sells the book to Rupert. who pays $24 for it. Prowling, who seems to have eyes everywhere, somehow nds out that Emma sold the book to Rupert and sues Emma for violating Prowling's copyright by selling the book. Will she prevail? Why or why not
