Be sure you have all your systems using their SECOND NIC. Disable the first NICs on the systems. You may need to make changes to your DNS settings.
Install a Server Core machine
Power off one of your Blank virtual machines
Choose Insert CD Rom after it's off
Choose Windows Server
Install with default settings
After install run SConfig to rename it configure its network settings, and join it to your domain
Install RSAT and Windows Admin Center tools to a Windows Client youll need to enable the first network card and set it to DHCP to download these
Create a user for yourself in AD as a member of the Systems and Domain Admin groups.
Log into the domain as your user account on your Windows Client
Remotely disable the first NIC on your Server Core system
Remotely install and configure DHCP on the Server Core system pushing addresses in the subnet you've chosen for your LAN
Set your Windows clients to get a DHCP address on their second NIC.
