My lawyer was not only unqualified but severely disorganized as well. He could not have done a worse job if he tried. He did everything half-hazzardly, was constantly late to the trial and looked like he just rolled out of bed. I was so embarrassed to be "represented" by someone like that and lost all faith in the judicial system that they would appoint someone like that who I would have been better off having no one than him. He constantly seemed confused and disorientated.
