Remember, the conduct must be immoral to be contrary to public policy...but think about upon the morals of whom will you base your decision on.

a. Contracts for a couple to adopt a baby from the pregnant mother and biological father of an infant, upon the birth of the child and pay the birth parents $200,000 cash and all medical expenses. (Argue that this type of contract should be illegal)
