• Explain what Porter (1996) considers to be strategy, and what is not strategy. Why is this important when considering how to manage people and knowledge within the organization?
• What do Prahalad and Hamel (1990) suggest that is similar to Porter (1996)? To assist with this response, consider the decades each author is addressing in their article.
• How do the "activities" the authors discuss impact talent/human capital management with the organization?
