As a part of your consulting contract, you have been asked to lead a two-day retreat.Desired outcomes for the retreat are:

1. Reinforce the importance of steward leadership in effective board governance.
2. Help the board understand how they currently operate.
3. Lead the board to a decision about what model they want to follow moving forward.
4. Ensure that the board understands and is equipped to apply the three modes of Governance as Leadership.
