As a fan of Harry Potter books and films you get a bright idea about telling the story of how Harry initially "beat" Voldemort. There is a twist in that you tell it from the POV of Voldemort. You tell the tale of Voldemort and how he felt the moment he tried to kill Harry but ended up disembodied. You set up a kickstarter to raise funds for a 20 minute film that tells the story from the days and hours prior to the attack and the hours after the attack. It is a little tongue in cheek in the sense that the biggest baddest warlock is cut down by a baby. You expect to use the same characters from the Potter family but will make up some that help him escape prior to meeting up with this troop of folks. Is this fair use?
