Timewise, you should be able to think about your answer, write a draft answer, review and polish your draft answer and arrive at a finished product all within a day. How to score well? Answer the question being asked and not some other question. The questions asked are specific and focused. Give a specific and focused answer. Recall that in law all we have is language. Take care with your language; be precise. Explain your answer as clearly as you can. Once you have done that, stop. Length? I imagine 2 A4 pages should easily suffice. Format? No cover pages please. At the top of the first page place: 'AF205 Assignment 1 name and student number of each group member Commence your answer to Question (1) immediately below this. Please insert page numbers. Small group assignment: You must do the assignment together with one or two other people. Group members can be from any campus or any tut group. No need to advise me in advance of the identity of group members. Just place the name of each group member there on the top of page 1. Submit only one copy of the assignment. The assignment receives a single mark with all group members receiving that mark. Discussion? In doing this assignment you are free to discuss the questions with any classmates but you should not reveal your written answer to anybody (excepting of course the other group member/s). If any plagiarism is detected the assignment scores zero. Turnitin angst: I see turnitin scores causing a lot of needless angst among students. He is also good at composing tunes and writing lyrics. Since finishing high school he has played in a number of bands and worked as a studio musician (e.g. recording advertising jingles). The contract appoints Neela Singh as the sole and exclusive agent of the client (e.g. a band), authorised to negotiate and sign all contracts to perform, contracts to record, and contracts to endorse or promote in any fashion or manner whatsoever any product.
