Affinity diagrams are used to organize and prioritize ideas after you do a brainstorming session. When you have generated a lot of information and your QAPI team is unsure of how to proceed, using this type of diagram allows the team to create categories or groupings that can be more manageable. Think of using Post-it notes and placing them on a board so you can visualize to-do's or goals. On page 49 of your textbook, you will find a case study. Complete case study question 1 by brainstorming and by putting the potential solutions into categories that will represent an affinity diagram. An example of this is on page 45. You must have an affinity diagram. Make sure you label your categories based on the potential solutions and where you might put them. Remember, you want to organize the ideas (solutions) into groups or themes based on their relationships. So you will have more than one category. Please put this on a Word document and upload it to Bb. Points: 12 points for using each solution 8 points for having an affinity diagram
