Affirmative action has been described as anything from evil, to an unnecessary evil to a wonderful chance to right the wrongs of society in the workplace. If you were the absolute ruler of the world viz a viz the hiring, developing, and termination or workers, what would you do about AA? Would you scrap it, limit it, develop it? What are your thoughts about AA as it relates to the various groups who might use it? How could it be improved?
