Their senior management team needs an outside, objective eye to analyze the organizational behavior of the business. Start by viewing theNoJax Company Background documentand then write a report to ownership that provides an initial analysis of the business and completes the requirements below.

The age difference is the first observation made from the employee profiles in the micro level isthe company has an executive team made of people of several ages. This may affect the communication among the team members in the organization since the members may feel uncomfortable dealing with team members that are older or younger. Since different age groups communicate differently could affect how communications are received. Second, there is not equality in the diversity among the managers. There are more Caucasians followed by the African Americans. Dues to inequality among the members, it may make the other races feel uncomfortable. This will affect the organization performance.

The meso-level observation is that the member's openness is not up to par. Only two managers have high openness. The rest have medium and low openness. This indicates that the communication may not be complete in the organization. Several things will not be communicated thus adversely affecting the organization performance and on the team each member leads. Second, the management decision making will be easier since the majority of the executive members have high and medium agreeability. This indicates that the management agrees on the course of action to take in the process.

At macro-levels, the observation made is that the organization embraces diversity in two basic aspects, the age, and the cultural background. Including multiple age and cultures will create a better understanding and perception of different situations. This helps the organization perform better since it brings diverse ideas to the organization and the best decision is adopted. Second, the organization hired managers whose academic qualifications differ from their roles in the organization. This will have a negative impact on the organization performance since there will be low efficiency in the department management and organization at large.

The company surface-level diversity has a high level of dissimilarity. The high level of dissimilarity has a negative impact on the organization performance. The dissimilarity in the organization can raise the levels of conflicts in the organization. Increased conflicts will adversely affect the overall performance of the organization (Roy 169).
