After becoming registered, a representative is required to complete the regulatory element of the continuing education requirements. If the representative does not complete it on time, they are deemed to be CE inactive. A representative who becomes CE inactive:

A Is not allowed to work in the industry

Cannot perform the duties of a registered person

Cannot be paid commissions

Cannot perform the duties of a registered person or be paid commissions
