After making senior manager at a large regional CPA firm, Enrique left and started his own practice. He is currently negotiating a complex real estate transaction for one of his largest clients. The other party to the transaction, RDX Corporation, is represented by Dori, a recently certified CPA who also has her own practice. During the negotiations, Enrique realizes that neither Dori nor the management of RDX Corporation really understands the tax consequences of the proposed deal.
