After our last few discussion posts, I decided I will be making changes to my final 5 year plan. Since I am staying at my current organization for a few more years in order to receive education assistance, it would be in my best interest to see what sort of jobs I can transition into while there. A new training department is being added to the organization so I will be adding working in training and development, possibly as a training specialist.

what are your thoughts on this?
