After reading J ohn's post, I learned that some western company may feel that this is quite risky and decide not to conduct business with the non-CISG company. Ihave no additional questions for John after reading this post. I require no clarification regarding John's post. It was very well constructed and informative. As with the other post that I've responded to, I would suggestion that a business should it conduct in countries that don't adhere to the CISG platform would be aware that without the protection of the CISG a business will have to do their due diligence in order to assure that they are adhering to the standards of law of the country they wish to do business with. I feel that John did a very good job with this week discussion on International Business Disputes. Thank you for all of the information that you provided
