After several interviews, Bob received an offer from each company that he had interviewed with.  With great qualifications and experience, both companies were interested in hiring Bob.  After a bidding war for his services, Bob turns down a job offer with Technology Works, LLC in Houston, Texas (where he lives), and accepts a dream job offer from Mega Tech Corporation Co. in Seattle, Washington. The offer contains a specific start date, compensation terms, benefits outline, and more. However, it does not include relocation expenses or provisions. The company is aware of his plans to move across the country for the sole purpose of taking this dream role. Bob breaks his Houston lease with a penalty and spends approximately $13,000 in moving and travel costs. As the cost of living in Seattle is much higher than in Houston, he puts down a much pricier first and last month's rent and security deposit payment than he is used to. The amount came to $8,000.00. Within two days of his planned start date, he receives a call from management at Mega Tech Corporation Co. stating that the company has changed its mind and decided to go in a different direction.  Bob was now without a job and has spent over $20,000.00 of his money.  He called Technology Works but they had already offered the job to another candidate after he declined their offer.  He also called the company he previously worked for, but they had already filled his old job.

Advise Bob?  He wants to sue and to sue someone. Who can he sue and on what grounds? Can he sue both Technology Works as well as Mega Tech Corporation?
