After the recent resignation of the Prime Minister because of a constitutional scandal Miriam Gomberg was elected as new leader of the governing Free Radical Party and was appointed as the new Prime Minister by the King. Miriam won the party leadership because party members were attracted by her principal policies to deal with the problems of the UK having "too many woke lefty lawyer judges in charge of the constitution" and there being "too much respect for separation of powers". Miriam has proposed that the following reforms be passed by Parliament: 1. The repeal of sections 1, 3, 5, and 17 of the Constitutional Reform Act 2005. 2. The repeal of all provisions in the Constitutional Reform Act 2005 to remove the Judicial Appointments Commission (including Parts 4 and 5 and Schedules 12 to 15). 3. The enactment of a replacement Part 4 of the Constitutional Reform Act 2005 providing for the appointment and removal of all judges by the King solely on the advice of the Prime Minister. Advise Miriam Gomberg MP PM as to the constitutional and legal implications of her proposals on the doctrine of separation of powers. With oscola referencing
