After watching the video titled "Basic Functions of Management" and giving some thought to the areas in which I may need development, I have come to the conclusion that one of my strong suits is the ability to organize information and tasks in such a way as to accomplish certain objectives. I am able to do data analysis efficiently, effectively convey plans, and effectively allocate responsibilities to suitable persons or teams. Having said that, I am aware that there is room for improvement in the leadership function. Despite the fact that I am able to offer direction, one of my leadership goals is to become more charismatic and persuasive so that I can better inspire and encourage others. In order to solve this issue, I want to pursue chances for mentoring and coaching in an active manner. By participating in mentoring relationships, I will be able to improve my approach to leadership while also providing others with insights and direction.
