Step 1

Review the scenario.

Consider the following scenario:

April enrolls in a DVD of the month club online. As a part of the terms of the agreement, April agreed that the company would send her a DVD via the mail on the 15^th of every month. In the event that she did not want the DVD, she had to send it back within 10 business days at no additional expense to her. If she did not, then the company would charge her credit card automatically on the 11^th business day. During one month, April was on vacation and forgot about the DVD club. Her credit card was billed accordingly.
