Ah Chong made an offer to sell his car to Ah Ming by email for RM15,000 on 2nd June 2011. The next day, at 10.00am, Ah Ming sends an email to Ah Chong accepting his offer for the car at the said price. At 10.01am, Ah Chong telephoned Ah Ming informing him that he is revoking his offer. At 10.03am, when Ah Chong opened his email account, he received Ah Ming's email accepting his offer.

Based on the Contracts Act 1950, advise Ah Ming whether he can compel Ah Chong to sell him the car. (25 marks)
