Ahmad is an employee at MovingBox Services Sdn Bhd. He was was moving boxes onto a pallet. The boxes weighed 100 pounds each with dimension 64 inches by 12 inches by 12 inches. Ahmad, dont have training in proper lifting techniques, stood up in order to lift the box. He then rotated the box on its bottom edges in order to move it closer to the pallet, however the box began to fall over as Ahmad moved it closer to the pallet. Ahmad attempted to restrain the box and prevent it from falling over. As a result of this move, he suffered a serious back injury.
