Ahmad made the following offers to kamal:

i. An offer to lease his land in Kuantan,for as long as kamal wishes.

ii. An offer to sell his pen collection for rm 20000

Kamal immediately accepted the first offer.as for the second offer, kamal initially replied that he would be willing to pay rm 15000 for the pen collection but Ahmed refused. Later kamal replied that he was willing to accept Ahmad's original offer at rm 20000.

However ,ahmad now refuses both to grant the lease as well as to sell the pen collection to kamal.

A.explian whether there is a valid contract between kamal and ahmad in respect of the offer for the lease of the land in Kuantan. (5 marks)

b. Explain whether kamal can successfully sue Ahmad for breach of contract with respect to the offer for the sale of the pen collection. (10 marks)
