Before I leave I inquired about my balance and I was pre-rated for 15 days which I have a $0 balance before I leave. Let's take it to court since the lease of office did not give me a lease renewal before my lease was expired. We have completed your move out and have determined that a balance is owed. ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE CERTIFIED FUNDS: CASHIER'S CHECK OR MONEY ORDER Please remit payment for the amount due within 10 days or your account will be turned over to our collection agency. If you purchased a surety bond, a claim will be filed. You will be responsible for paying the bond company for the amount of the claim and pay this community the remaining amount due. Our collection agency will report the amount due to the credit bureau
