AI, rewrite, I am currently a dual role, so I wear many hats and do many things. As a workplace coordinator, a few of my task include managing the day to day operations of the front desk, welcoming visitors and coordinating their check in process, maintaining and controlling the office and conference room calendars for the entire floor, keeping inventory and purchasing all snacks/drinks, working closely with all day porters to ensure that the work place is well kept, organized, and cleaned. For the assistant aspect of things, I provide administrative and clerical support to Andrew Horn and Deepak Dewani along with their respective teams. I coordinate and schedule meetings on their behalf and assist them in keeping a clear and organized calendar at all times.
