Most of the time, I've noticed that a few people will do the majority of the work while the rest either wait to be told what to do or will contribute the bare minimum. As someone who has been in the 20% side of this, it has been frustrating at times to do the bulk of work while others fail to take initiative to collaborate and contribute. However, I am the type of person who acts and completes tasks. I also steer away from procrastinating. Therefore, I do not let the actions or inactions of others get to me.
