Akira is a high school student who has been struggling in both biology and math. Akira has exams coming up in both subjects so her parents decide to hire a tutor for the two subjects. Exam day comes and Akira feels ready for both exams.

Below are Akira's scores for both exams, in points. The general shape for the distribution of scores for the entire class on each exam were the same, but the mean and standard deviation were not the same. Both classes will be graded on a curve.

Akira shows her scores to her parents and they make the following comment: "Akira, you did great on your math exam but you have to work harder on biology."

Akira's math score is so much higher (92 points) compared to her biology score (only 69 points). However, her parents are only looking at her exam score but not relative to the other classmates who also took the same exams.

Do you agree with the comment made by Akira's parents? Provide a brief explanation and appropriate numerical justification.
