Al what can i asnwer to my classmate on the following post. When the director is the only person evaluating and giving feedback you only get the perspective from one person . Which sometimes isn't the going to be the best feedback, it could be bias and you never know. Approaches to feedback and evaluations I feel were great in my past job experiences were that our central office would come by and check out the classrooms and give feedback , it would be multiple people and in the end they would discuss and see what changes need to be made. One time they actually had us lead teachers go to different sites and do an evaluation on the staff and site and then talk to central office and see what feedback we give , they also did it to our site and brought teachers from the other sites to evaluate us as well. I believe these were good strategies because we could get the feedback from other sites that maybe they teach some things different or have better ideas of how to place things in the classrooms which I think was good and everyone accepted the feedback good
