Alex Bryan, chief mission & philanthropy officer, is asking you to put together a leadership development plan for aspiring young leaders at Adventist Health based on all the different executive presentations you took part in this past quarter. In the plan, discuss important leadership themes/topics you learned that are important in becoming a leader. A couple points to help guide your plan (please address more than just these):

• What are important personality traits exhibited in leaders?
• What should leaders look for when hiring and building a team?
• What does it take to continue being a good leader, not just becoming one?
• What do healthcare leaders need to consider vs. other industries?
