Alex was the agent of the number of professionals dancers. As a agent for the dancers, he would seek out the work in the local musical stage, television and movie productions. For his efforts, Alex received a percentage of the earning that the dancers received for their performances. During a particularly slow season, a local theater owner approached Alex, and suggested that they organized a 'theater night' to promote the local talent in municipality. Alex and the theater owner agreed that the admission would be charged from the public, but the performers would donate their services, since it would be mixed amateur/professional event to promote local theater and local talent. Alex and the theater owner would share the proceeds from the tickets sales as payment for their efforts in the promotion of the event. Alex arranged for his clients to perform at the event but did not tell them that he would be sharing in the tickets sales. Alex and the theater owner worked very hard to promote the special ,theater night, and it was a success. Alex and theater owner shared the tickets sales of $20000. Some time later, one of the Alex's dancers discovered that Alex had shared in the proceeds from the special theater night,
