The owner Elias Olivarez (a former classmate of mine) is looking for new ways to leverage digital media. He doesn't have the marketing budget the large chain restaurants have but what he does have is history. Jersey Junction has been serving ice cream to folks in East Grand Rapids since 1963. I recall walking from my grandparent's house as a kid and getting ice cream. We would look forward to seeing the model railroad train circle the ceiling.
