All employees should be responsible for the quality of the work they perform. By monitoring employees, it is possible to tell who is not performing up to standards or is putting a company at risk from unacceptable behavior, such as entering risky websites. My mom works for Boeing and when I come home for breaks she is always asking to borrow my computer. Boeing restricts employees from entering certain websites and her company computer is the only computer she owns. When not working and she wants to do some onljne shopping or just search the Internet, she can't because Boeing blocks all those sites
