Discuss how you have been involved with or have observed planning activity in the organization you work for (or an organization that you've been involved with previously).

Also, everyone has observed decisions being made by management in organizations. In your observation, have important decisions been based on some sort of rational analysis, like the rational model provided in the videos, or have they been mostly based on intuition?
