So, it is better not to use any the stereotype to pass judgments only when you are not well familiar with the others. In my work place I will educate people on the impact that is associate with stereotype for example associating Muslims with terrorism will victimize them and they might even become terrorist. At work, two job attitudes have the greatest potential to influence how we behave. These are job satisfaction and organizational commitment.
