In most occasion Financial advisor just have a task of meeting their client and counsel them on their finances ad this will entail creating budgets to different firm for the purpose of the retirement plans so as to give an advice about the investment .Another task that a financial advisor can undertake is to invest the client fund so as to meet with him or her the regularly to discuss their investment. Financial advisors in many time helps plan a safe and comfortable future for their client by advising them and making sense of the fiscal troubles and hence create a plan for moving forward. Some of the factor that characterize a good job are as follows; the opportunity for the growth is the most crucial factor as in today world nobody will want to be stuck in the same position of job for a relatively longer time in life Bloom, J. R. (1980). People will want to usually want to appreciate their hard work by being moved to a different pasture or even getting promoted in the same jobs. Good management is another important factor that characterize a good job in the society. Good management in most instance will translate to a good boos and hence having superior who will always value you and your work as an important factor of can even make huge different to the level of professional satisfaction. Additional benefit will also add flavor to a particular job for example if the company give their workers things like the pensions and bonuses and can also go along in improving and appealing of the job then it is the entire package that will in turn make a job what it is. This is the easiest way of establishing the identity of different individual. By conforming to be of a fixed or the conventional image, then the identity can be recognized and understood. The herein lies basically on the problem and It's hard to be objective if one does not reject stereotypes. So, it is better not to use any the stereotype to pass judgments only when you are not well familiar with the others. Some of the stereotype that am associate is All librarians are usually women who are old, wear glasses, and have a perpetual .This is a stereotyped that I arrived at after I visited various libraries and found out that the librarians who were there were Old and they wore class .Some of the stereotype that exist bin the society are that all the Muslim are terrorist. The existence of stereotype is because people form it out of bias against a group of people or a religion in the society. Stereotyping has become a more common way of conveying their dislike of a particular factor that exist in the society like the terrorism and they are commonly held of the view of a particular group or a particular race. In my work place I will educate people on the impact that is associate with stereotype for example associating Muslims with terrorism will victimize them and they might even become terrorist. At work, two job attitudes have the greatest potential to influence how we behave. These are job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Generally the young in any work place are considered to be the most dynamic and energetic people in any given work place and for this reason most company prefers younger to the old as they consider the old to be having various factor that may hinder them from performing their duties for example the old may be having family issue and stress that may affect them as they are working Tucker, J.
