I was thinking more about how vital it is to coach and provide training to employees. Education and training in building an employee's knowledge base are critical to an organization. Providing training is essential to managing human capital (the employees/workforce).

Kotter (2021) was an author who discussed how changes from the top down (From the CEO to the manager to the front-line employee) tended to have higher failure rates than if it comes from the front-line employees.

Just curious for all of you: Is there a paradigm shift in your organization that you work at to ensure that ongoing employee buy-in transpires when changes are needed? If so, has it proven to be effective in the organization?
