All the events involved in this exercise took place in the city of Westpark Hts., Cuyahoga County, Ohio. At approximately 1:00 a.m. on July 10, 2018, police were summoned to the residence of Robert and Mary Jackson, where a shooting had been reported. Inside, the body of Mr. Jackson was found in the master bedroom. According to the coroner's report, he had been shot five times. Two of the wounds were fatal. A sixth bullet was found imbedded in the floor near the body. A single action revolver later determined to be the murder weapon was found buried in the flowerbed beside the house. The only fingerprints on the gun were those of Mrs. Jackson. Mrs. Jackson was arrested and charged with Aggravated murder.
