Bharti, Ltd$.$ manufactures custom basketball jerseys for professional basketball teams. The firm uses two departments to manufacture these jerseys: the Cutting Department and the Sewing Department.

The firm assigns direct material costs and direct labor costs directly to each team$$s order.
